About our tool

Our tool is guided by the EU’s Digital Competence Framework (DigComp)  and UK JISC framework as we believe they offer a comprehensive description of the knowledge, skills and attitudes that managers need to learn in order to effectively manage digital wellbeing in the workplace.

As no such framework exists that is solely based on digital wellbeing, the Digi Work Well partners conducted research to find a suitable framework and competences specifically relevant for SMEs and managers. Our tool will assess your organisations competence in 5 areas.  (Competencies are like skills, but also include your abilities and knowledge.)

How to take the Digi Work Well Check up tool

  3. Receive your Report in seconds with guidance on which modules of our development resources you should concentrate on.

Please rate yourself for each question, choose the statement and example that applies best to your current digital skill level. Each statement will contribute to your overall score. Remember it is not about achieving a high score, it’s about identifying your strengths and where you need to improve upon!

After this assessment, we would like to send you an individual report and need your email for this purpose. Your email address is required for technical reasons and will be processed electronically together with the answers from this assessment by our partner Brilliant Assessments. The email and the answers you provide will not be passed on to any other third parties and will only be processed for the purpose of evaluating the data. Of course, you can request information about the status of your processed data at any time and ask us to delete your data at any time. We will of course comply with this request at short notice and confirm this to you after deletion. 

Even if you do not provide us with your email address, you can still continue with the assessment and get a digital report for download at the end of the assessment.
